ABOUT
l have practiced employment law, exclusively, for 25 years. My experience includes working at Jackson Lewis, one of the largest employment law firms in the world. I also worked at Laner Muchin, another employment law firm, for 20 years, including serving as a partner there for 16 of those years. I am proud to have taken these experiences to do what I aspired to do when I first left law school more than 25 years ago: start my own law firm, Haile Law LLC. While I am excited to continue representing businesses, I am equally excited to represent executives, professionals and other individuals.
I am passionate about using my expertise in employment law to solve my clients' problems through rigorous analysis, tenacity and compassion. Often, that means crafting practical legal advice/creative solutions after actively listening to my clients' objectives. Other times, it means aggressively advocating on behalf of my clients in courtrooms, mediations, negotiations and other settings. Regardless of the form the representation takes, a core value of Haile Law is aiming to exceed each client's expectations in every engagement.
